Recovery Seeds for December 2010
Friday, December 10
I’ve just returned home from a 2 hour class that has me as excited as anything I’ve learned in a while!
I learned about the Emotional Freedom Technique, commonly known as EFT.
Its premise is amazingly obvious, and amazingly ignored in our society. The premise is that we have to rid ourselves of past pain, fear, mistakes (and the list goes on and on) in order to make room for our healing and abundance. (Woah, did somebody say Stepwork?)
As my friend, Angela, said so clearly to me last week, the damage done in our past will continue to poison the waters of everything we attempt to do.
Here’s the beauty: EFT is painless, chemical-free, there are no side-effects, you can teach yourself (though you might want to consider working with someone at-least once to get the hang of it), and because it’s a technique you do for yourself, you don’t have to pay a professional to provide the service. I’ve spent more money, and more time, and more energy on doctors and medicine than I can bear to think about. Forgive my happy rant, but I’m excited about sharing this with you.
I’m including a link to Carol Look’s website. When you open the link, read the list of previous post titles on the right-hand column. I’m guessing you’ll find something that draws your attention. Explore the seeds that resonate with you, and leave the rest. If you want more information email me, and I’ll be happy to share what I understand, or try to find resources to help you along! I’m excited that we’re on this journey together!

I’m wishing you wellness and tender, healing nourishment,
Take good care,
Jane
