Wishcasting Wednesday:What Do You Wish To Transform?

Every Wednesday, the incredibly talented Jamie Ridler, of Jamie Ridler Studios, posts a Wishcasting prompt.

I’ve made a place, a beautiful page on my blog, to cradle my wishes and dreams.

Some weeks I answer her prompt, and some weeks I don’t quite get to it.  On the days when I do make time to honor my wishes and dreams, they’ll be here, on the Wishcasting Wednesday page of my blog.

So here’s to my Wishcast for December 8, 2010 ~

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Do You Wish To Transform?

Sometimes, just when I’m sure I know where the path is headed, I get lost.  I find myself wandering again, waiting to pick up the next trail … waiting to find my way home.  Even as I wait for the path to clear, I sense my own evolution.  This process of growth is evidenced by my changing my mind, my ideas,  my desires, moment to moment …  simultaneously teasing and soothing the frustration that lurks around the edges of my soul.

Finding direction again isn’t always easy.  I turn and open my arms toward the sunshine, allowing it’s nourishment to renew my spirit and restore balance.  I realize that when I face the sunshine, my internal compass aligns with the cardinal directions.   The sun always rises in the east.  It always sets in the west.

When I embrace the poles of my journey, the people and opportunities that keep me grounded, my internal compass aligns.

I wish to transform my attitude.  I wish to welcome the people, opportunities, and sunshine as daily guides, rather than tools for survival.  I wish to embrace the journey that I’m on, rather than always wondering what it might be like on the next trail over.

So, what do you wish to transform?
