Wishcasting Wednesday … What Hunger Do You Wish To Feed?

Every Wednesday, the incredibly talented Jamie Ridler, of Jamie Ridler Studios, posts a Wishcasting prompt.

I’ve made a place, a beautiful page on my blog, to cradle my wishes and dreams.

Some weeks I answer her prompt, and some weeks I don’t quite get to it.  On the days when I do make time to honor my wishes and dreams, they’ll be here, on the Wishcasting Wednesday page of my blog.

So here’s to my Wishcast for January 19, 2011 ~

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Hunger Do You Wish To Feed?

Insatiable : Incapable of being satisfied or appeased.

I understand now … on this part of my journey that this is okay.

I understand that I don’t ever need to get there.

I understand that my hunger to learn, to grow, to expand, will never … I pray, be satisfied.

Like a hungry wolf, ravenous, and insatiable, I will feed it.  I will throw all the love, creativity, passion, and grit I can muster, into the den.  Still … it will beg for more.

I don’t have to do the same, be the same, want the same.

I am hungry for room in my world to feed and grow … feed and grow.

The canyons, rivers, and deserts will be reduced to mere inconveniences, until I reach the edge of my horizon ~ where I’ll scream with exhilaration as I scan my new horizon, delighted with what I see ahead.

So, what hunger do you wish to feed?
