Last night we watched ‘Tangled’. It’s a cute movie, and the horse made me laugh so many times!
As I watched, I found myself wishing that I had magic hair, like Rapunzel … that I could wrap it around one who is in need and make them all better … and I wished for Rapunzel’s magic tears.
This morning I awoke to an upsetting message. Someone I love dearly was sick, and needed help. I went to work immediately doing distance Healing Touch. I’ve found that distance work is incredibly powerful … not quite like magic hair, but really, very effective. Perhaps removing constraints of our physical world allows deeper connection of spirit. At any rate, the results are often quite amazing.
As I worked, I wished from the very depths of my soul, for healing … and at the same time, asked God to allow me to be a vessel for his highest good.
Tears streamed down my face, and dropped onto the table as I worked. I came to know that I possess … that we all possess … something far more precious than magic hair, or magic tears. We each possess the power of complete and unconditional love.
